Ty! I have really AWFUL transition hygiene, going to give this a try... So used to doing too many things at a time don't even realize doing 99% of the time. Have ADHD don't think that helps.... If Im able to do this most definitely anybody can lol. What your saying totally makes sense... Been doing better w the night & morning situations, that's a plus lol.
The Cost of Multi Tasking ⏳
Multitasking has a cost that most people overlook. Constantly switching attention keeps the nervous system in survival mode. Breathing stays shallow, focus gets thrown off, and the body never fully settles …. even when you’re “getting things done.” Single-tasking gives the system one stable point to organize around. The body calms. Focus deepens. Decisions get cleaner. It all comes down to stopping the leakage of attention. Cause that’s also blocking your money flow. One task. One pace. Until completion.

Thank you! I think I can handle starting small... I do it w out even realizing. Like will be cleaning kitchen, go to put something away somewhere else (bc doesn't belong in kit) then notice other shit that needs to be done while putting whatever away lol & it goes on & on = kit doesn't get done or it will but late bc I'll b like I'm not going to bed til it done. Was thinking even a box to throw shit that doesn't belong where ever I'm cleaning & then after go empty box. Idk. I work too much also so "nvr have time" but have a plan that working on as far as job type work. Thank you again really appreciate that! I've started to make list at end of day for next day, really appreciate that idea 2, I just put too much plan to do for day need to be more realistic.

Breaking Procrastination | Countdown Method ⏱️
This is the count down method. It has broke me out of procrastination and hesitation many times! The more you turn this into a habit, I promise …. You will never be procrastinating again! Soon as you catch yourself not doing what you supposed to be doing, start counting down. Either out loud or in your head, sometimes this also used to help me get out the bed in the risings 💯 Soon as you get down to the number 1, GET UP AND MOVE! It is non negotiable, do not think at all. Count and GO🗣️

Ohhh yeah this is EXACTLY what I need.... Way faster then trying to talk self into etc ha, this will work ... as long as I do it 🔥. It's 8pm rn so gon start this tomorrow... At work but more after work when get home there is always a lot need to get done & procrastinate til it's late & then rush to get minimum done so can get to bed b4 too late , so stupid
