Trying to Do Everything? That’s the Problem!
“Perfection is the enemy of profitability.” In this episode, Michael DeFrancis shares how shifting from chasing every opportunity to staying focused completely changed his land business. Too many investors fall into shiny object syndrome… jumping from one strategy to another, trying to get everything perfect along the way. Michael breaks down: - Why chasing every opportunity slows your growth - How focus on one path creates real momentum - And how perfectionism quietly holds you back This episode is about doing less… but doing it better. If you feel like you are doing too much but not getting the results you want, this one will hit home. 👉 Listen now and refocus your strategy https://www.skool.com/leadershipinland/classroom/7b61eae0?md=c6c290629ca74703bc7c4458eaff1e35

@Dave Denniston One decision I’ve delayed is pulling the trigger on a deal because I was trying to turn an investment decision into a 150% guaranteed outcome. Land has taught me there’s no such thing as a deal with zero question marks. You of course have to always verify the big things like access, title, soils, zoning, comps, and exit strategy, but the real skill is knowing which question marks matter, which ones can be priced in, and which ones are worth walking away from. Perfect clarity rarely shows up before the opportunity is gone.
