I found out that three funds were deducted for the coffee machine. I received a deduction SMS, and I figured out what happened . I had requested one coffee machine. I would like a refund for two payments. I would like to send an SMS when the refund is sorted out.
📞 Useful words & phrases:
- complaint - refund - warranty - customer service - to resolve - to be satisfied 📝Task: Write 4–5 sentences as if you are talking to customer service about a problem with a product. Use at least 3 of the words above. Example: “I want to make a complaint about the headphones I bought. They stopped working after one week. I asked customer service for a refund, and I hope they can resolve this quickly so I can be satisfied.”
