Welcome Kareem!!
Rough Week
I’ve had 2 land contracts fall through this week. I’m not gonna call them deals because it’s not a deal if nobody wanted to buy them but I’ll take accountability. I’m no expert and am still learning and will look into what I did wrong and what I can change to be better going forward. I’m just struggling with keeping deals in the pipeline so that when others fall through, I have some that can make it to the finish line. I’m still pushing though. At least I have a small one closing today! Better than nothing!

Hey! I totally get it—deals can be tough sometimes, but it's great that you're taking accountability and learning from it. Congrats on that small closing today!
First deal comped and given the greenlight
My first deal with captain comp received the greenlight! Looking forward to potentially getting my first. I wasn't sure at first but now I'm more convinced i can actually do this! Aaarrggh

āš“ Captain’s Log #3 - Closed a $45,000 Deal!
Crew, gather ā€˜round. I’ve got a story for you. One of our very own community members bought a simple lead from ISpeedToLead. They picked up the phone, called the seller, and guess what? The seller was motivated. Why? - Behind on Property Taxes - There was an IRS lien Oh, and the seller forgot to mention one small detail: Grandma was squatting in the house and refused to leave. šŸ˜… The seller wanted $115,000 cash. The wholesaler sent the deal to me at MaxDispo.com and within 24 hours, I had a buyer at $160,000. But here’s the twist… It took three long months to get Grandma out. Three months of headaches, negotiations, and sleepless nights. It was the hardest deal I’ve ever done… but we closed it. And at the end of the storm? šŸ’° $45,000 assignment fee. I’m sharing this because I want you all to see what’s possible when you stay consistent. Big money is right around the corner. Never give up on a deal just because it’s hard. Onward to the next adventure. šŸ“ā€ā˜ ļø – The Wholesale Pirate

I build unfair advantages for B2B by automating everything from leads to close. More revenue, lower costs, & a business that runs on autopilot.
