Anyone have recommendations for a standalone comping software in Missouri? Propstream and Propelio don’t seem to work there.

I’ve had 2 land contracts fall through this week. I’m not gonna call them deals because it’s not a deal if nobody wanted to buy them but I’ll take accountability. I’m no expert and am still learning and will look into what I did wrong and what I can change to be better going forward. I’m just struggling with keeping deals in the pipeline so that when others fall through, I have some that can make it to the finish line. I’m still pushing though. At least I have a small one closing today! Better than nothing!

Zach says labor day is to do some labor lol. So are you taking a break this holiday weekend or are you working harder to get some deals?

Hi y’all! I live in the El Paso, TX area but am wholesaling virtually. My main market is CO. I’ve closed 2 deals in the last month, one of which was with Max, and I have another one coming up on the 10th in AR. Working towards reaching my goal of 1 deal a month consistently and hoping to snowball from there.
