I thought it would be wonderful to drop in the comments what Intentions we have for the month of February ♒️ For me, Intentions can be something that extend past a 30 day period, but a wonderful practice to implement. My intention for this month, is to create intentional space to meditate and commune with Spirit. This morning (Monday, February 2nd), Day 1 of Connect With Your Spirit Guides drops in the classroom. For 10 days, I'm guiding you through a complete practice in learning to communicate with your spirit guides. Each day, you'll get: ✨ A teaching lesson (written content here in the classroom) ✨ An audio practice (10 minutes of guided meditation/exercise) ✨ Journal prompts to track your progress Here's what I want you to know about this challenge: This isn't about who's "the most psychic" or who has the wildest experiences. This is about showing up, doing the practice, and being willing to learn. Spirit Guide communication is a skill. You're learning to recognize what's already happening and strengthen your natural intuitive channels. ⭐️ What You'll Need: - A journal (nothing fancy, just something to write in) ✍🏼 - 10-15 minutes each day - An open mind and willingness to practice How It Works: Each evening, a new lesson will drop in the classroom. You can listen/practice the next morning (or whenever works for you that day). Then come back to the lesson chat and share your experience – even just a sentence or two about what you noticed. Participation = Sharing Your Experience 💪🏼 Whether the practice felt amazing or frustrating, whether you had a breakthrough or nothing seemed to happen – share it. That's what participation means in this challenge. I'm not looking for the best experiences or the most dramatic results. When I began developing my psychic abilities during my Clairvoyant Training Program, our mentor taught us about the importance of Neutrality - the ability to be objective, impartial, and unbiased about what you're perceiving. My Guides brought this forward as today's topic for us to explore together. As you begin tuning into spiritual, energetic, and psychic information, consider these questions: 📍 As you tune into an energy, person, place, situation, or thing (let's call it a TARGET), do you notice yourself placing your lived experience or preferences onto it? 📍 Do you move into your thoughts as you interact with the TARGET? Do doubt or the need to "figure it out" pull you away from simply observing? 📍 Do you place too much importance on the TARGET - or minimize what you pick up, believing it's not important enough to share? As we grow as a community (and I'm saying this to myself as well), let's observe our patterns: our DOUBT, our DESIRE TO ANALYZE, and our MINIMIZING of what we perceive. I'm thinking about dropping psychic TARGET exercises into our chat so we can work on this together as a community. Remember - there's no judgment here. Everyone is developing together.
