My friend Day 1
So i met this excited friend who took a leap of faith to challenge herself. It was her curiosity that took her out of her comfort zone. She was consistent for 29 days, the journey has changed her alot. She has proven to be consistent, calmer and a complete change.

Reset
Even 10 minutes to step away, breathe and do nothing productive tells your brain, were safe. We don't have to earn rest. You can come back sharper, kinder n more you Min 0-1 Stand up, Stretch your arms then touch your toes. Roll your shoulders Min 1-3 Phone face down, look out the window or close your eyes, 3 slow breaths, in for 4, out for 6 Min 3-8 Do one non productive thing. Sip water, feel the sun, doodle, listen to one song. No scrolling Min 8-10 Ask yourself What do I actually need next, then go do that, not your whole to do list
