Day 1
So far I’ve had: •lemon water •strawberry & banana smoothie •avocado + blueberries + cauliflower salad •grapes I got up at 6 am and started fixing my lemon water and my smoothie. Lemon water was finished at around 6:30 am, and I started drinking the smoothie at around 7:20 am and finished it before 8:15 am. My lunch break was at 11:33 am today and I found myself getting very hungry and weak before then, so tomorrow I plan on adding honey to either my lemon water or my smoothie and hopefully that’ll help. Also, what is pictured of my salad is not the complete salad. I ate most of it before I took a picture.

I saw in the ā€œMorning Cleanse in 3 Stepsā€ video it was mentioned to start celery juice at home in case of negative reactions. Is this true for all green juices/smoothies or just the celery juice? I would like to start trying green smoothies for the New Year Reboot but I do not have any days coming up where I can just be at home.

Another question, during the week it is very rare for me to get a hour lunch break after 12. Most days my lunch will actually be from 10:30-11:30 and then I’ll get a 10 minute break at around 3 pm. My question is, is it still healthy for me to not eat until 3, or am I ā€œbreakingā€ the cleanse and doing it wrong for eating early?

Mushrooms/Zucchini/Peas & More Soup Recipe
It's been so cold this past week that all I want to do is make soup for dinner! Here is another recipe for you! I went into more details of how I add my garlic to the soup. And how I add salt to the bowl afterwards, not the pot... if you even need to use salt.
