Day 1
So far I’ve had:
•lemon water
•strawberry & banana smoothie
•avocado + blueberries + cauliflower salad
•grapes
I got up at 6 am and started fixing my lemon water and my smoothie. Lemon water was finished at around 6:30 am, and I started drinking the smoothie at around 7:20 am and finished it before 8:15 am. My lunch break was at 11:33 am today and I found myself getting very hungry and weak before then, so tomorrow I plan on adding honey to either my lemon water or my smoothie and hopefully that’ll help. Also, what is pictured of my salad is not the complete salad. I ate most of it before I took a picture.
