Yes, same thing happened to me, and I was actually craving sugary-foods. But the thing is, I kept with it, tirated up, and by the end of month 2 and into 3, the suppression was there. It is a more normal suppression, unlike the glp2, which for me was a heavy suppression & nausea. Long story short- stick w it. 4mg was the sweet-spot for me.
