Great Top Tips... love the reassurance that its fine to get out even after ten seconds!! Tip 2 is key isn't it... Grounding and reminding yourself that you are alright and breath through the cold. Great session!! Super helpful thanks James 👍
Tip For Queues
James your session on the The Physiological Sigh has been so helpful. I am not one for a queue.. doesn't matter what type, just the whole standing in a line thing makes me anxious and so irritated as I know I could be doing something far more productive 🙄☺️ So I have started practising the Physiological Sigh when I am in any queue wherever it may be and guess what....... IT WORKS AMAZINGLY... of course it does! Truly, I cannot recommend it enough, watch James' session and try it out - I feel so much better for having to had to stop and just be present and breathe!! So a queue is now time for me to be kind to myself and breathe 😊
My Go To - The Whispered Ahhhhhhhhhh
The Whispered Ah is my go to, its so effective in every situation. Whether I am in the car on the way to work with a stressful client, just giving myself time before I get there to do the Whispered Ah is key to be more present. In the middle of the night when those horrible "doom thoughts" kick in and I just can't get to sleep, just a few Whispered Ahs and I am back to a calm and uninterrupted sleep. James, please do a middle of the night session for us all with the Whispered Ah... so many of us would love it.

"Calmly choosing to say no" is key in my opinion and, this session is a great reminder that its fine to say no and to step back, take time to reset and be kind to yourself. Great session again James!
Be kind to yourself
Calm is not something you achieve; it really is something you practice, moment by moment. If you've recently lost your focus, gotten distracted, or reacted in a way you wish you hadn't—this video is for you. In this session, we explore the importance of being kind to yourself, allowing your nervous system to regulate, and adopting a "beginner's mind" to start afresh. Remember: this is a journey, not an end result. You can always improve, so don't be too hard on yourself.
