Powerful and helpful, thank you @Dan Pineda I am really starting to notice when things (and concepts) feel alive, animated and living, compared to ones that feel dense, heavy and dead. Like the latter, are bolt-ons, that feel burdensome and draining to pick-up or carry. Sometimes the heavy things are at first glittery / alluring (I call it false light) but they don't seem to lead to greater life or freedom.

Hi @Dan Pineda would you please consider creating a regular weekly, `Post your training notes`section. You know I love sharing in the group 😁 and I would love to hear how everyone else is getting on.

I was talking to my Christian friend about comprehending violence and causing pain when needed. I was really surprised when he said, “Of course,” and quoted part of the following scripture: “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven… a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1, 8

Interestingly, my friend is a Mr. Nice Guy - he’s super helpful, hardworking, supports the community, has great reviews for his work - and my spidey senses give me a sense of terror about getting on the wrong side of him, he feels deathly cold, and if needed, I feel he would destroy me. But then I dismiss it, thinking, "don't be so judgemental" and “he’s a committed Christian which is all about love thy neighbour, please God and turn the other cheek...” So, very insightful info - and helpful encouragement to listen to intuition.
