Are you a gym rat Stylist?
How many of you are able to work out during the work week ? Our bodies truly are our temples. Without our bodies working nothing else can.

I started healthy habits about a year ago and lost 40 pounds since then. And I truly thing going the the Gym has been a game changer for work. I always go before work and feel like I get to work with so much more energy. I also do just love feeling stronger every day

by the end of January I feel happy about my career. With slower season I have been able to step back and evaluate what I enjoy in life and it is largely my work / clients.

2026 goal
