Advice for growing+healthy hair pls?🥰
Hi loves, I cut off 20 inches of my hair, and I miss it so much🥺🥺 it’s okay.. I’ll learn from this experience to never do such a thing again Does anyone have any advice on affordable ways to grow hair fast? Also, how to keep it healthy? I straighten my hair a lot, so I don’t want it to be fried like it was before 🥲 Thank you angels so much 🥰💘

The best advice coming from a black girl that was told growing my type hair was hard. 1. LEAVE YOUR HAIR ALONNNNNE!! People will tell u to do the most 💀maybe get a hair growth oil (rosemary, &c) max 2. Massage your hair morning and night with your fingers or with a massage brush 3. Protective styles!! (I’m not sure if this is tailored to your hair type but this has help from my hair a lot) 4. Trimming dead ends (my sister hair is so healthy and long because she trims the dead parts off. I haven’t done this yet because of the idea of cutting made me not do so but her curls look healthy!! 5. Taking care of your gut, everything literally falls back to this! Eating whole foods making sure your body is healthy the way you take care of yourself within always shows outwards!! in conclusion leave your hair a alone, (maybe get a hair growth oil) massing it morning and night I only do this girl like (30secs to a min, people do say to do it for longer but hey results are coming in for me so😂🤷🏾‍♀️), trimming dead ends to keep it healthy, taking care of yourself within gut.

Happy new year everyone! 🤍🤍
Does anyone know anything about gym?😊
Hi loves✨🤗 Tomorrow is the first day that I will go to the gym I want to make my waist smaller, and I’m searching up routines to achieve this goal, but I keep seeing conflicting information online about what to do which is making me feel lost 😖😓 Is there anyone who knows about these things, who could help me build a routine? I would realllyyy appreciate it, thank you soo much 🥰🥰❤️

@Alishba D of course love and yes a waist trainer will do! I only used a scarf because I didn’t have a waist trainer 😂. I genuinely don’t think it’s hard to find what works for you. it’s just patience honestly. There will be a routine that works for you!! 🤍🤍 and honestly if you go to enjoy time will pass!! Be present!!

What I learned from my elegance journey
Hi lovelies, I wanted to share something I learned from my own elegance journey that may help you on yours. Becoming elegant will make it clearer to you where you don't belong. You'll find yourself outgrowing certain rooms, environments, people, and roles. These things will quietly drain you through noise/chaos, lack of beauty, emotional roughness, etc.... until staying begins to feel unbearable. Sometimes the most elegant thing you can do is adapt externally while protecting your inner world: Be discerning instead of judging yourself. Say less. Keep your circle small. Hold your inner standard. Preserve whatever touch points with beauty you may have. Sometimes we may think that we are the ones who need to be "fixed" or "improved" when really it's about the structures or the environments that need to change. Just food for thought! xx
