Hello ladies!🥰
I hope you enjoyed your holiday. I’d love to hear how it went and what your focus is for the week ahead. Let’s move forward with clarity and intention 💕🫶

Hii, I enjoyed my holidays thank you😊 My focus for this week, is to improve my routine. What this looks like for me, is improving my maintenance of my rooms cleanliness, making my bed in the morning, sticking to my skincare routine, and improving my energy levels. I usually feel very tired throughout the day, even when I do manage to get 8 hours of sleep. Last night, I took an iron and magnesium tablet- and when I woke up this morning, I felt refreshed for the first time! Today I feel much better 💕 I also decided that I’m going to start doing Sunday reset days. This means, I will do self care on Sunday ( at home manicure+pedicure, hair+face masks, everything shower etc) , I will deeper clean my room, and clear out my phone (e.g. delete useless photos from the week), and do my review of how the week went (what went well, and where I could’ve improved) 🤗❤️
Nice to Meet You 🥰
Hello lovely women 🤍 I’d love to introduce myself and share a bit of my story with you. It might not be very short, but it’s honest — and I believe I’m not the only one here who has gone through a journey full of changes. My name is Lili. I was born on June 4th, 1998, in Ukraine, and when I was very young, my parents and I moved to the Czech Republic. Growing up between two countries, languages, and mentalities shaped me deeply. It wasn’t always easy, but looking back, I know it taught me independence, inner strength, and the courage to walk my own path. Since high school, I’ve been financially independent and always felt a strong drive to achieve something. After graduating, I tried a more “traditional” job, but I quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit for me. Not because it was wrong — but because I needed a different rhythm and more space to grow. I eventually entered the world of sales and investment business. It was fast-paced, demanding, and largely male-dominated. I learned discipline, responsibility, communication, and how to stand firmly behind myself. I grew, achieved results, reached my goals… but over time, I started to feel disconnected from myself. For several years, I lived in performance mode. Strong, rational, always in my head — too much so. Even though I appeared successful from the outside, something essential was missing inside: softness, calm, and the feeling of truly being myself. The turning point came when, within a short period of time, everything I had built my life around fell apart. It was a difficult chapter, but today I feel grateful for it. It forced me to stop and ask myself for the first time: How am I really doing? And what do I truly need? Since then, I’ve been slowly finding my way back to myself. I work on myself with a coach, but what helps me just as much are simple, everyday things that bring me peace and joy. A big part of my life is horseback riding — I have a horse named Erwen, and the time I spend with him grounds me deeply and feels like a quiet form of therapy.

I loved reading your story, I’m also more of an introvert and it’s so cool that you speak multiple languages 🤗
Introduction!
Hi Ladies! I'm so thrilled to have found this community :) I'm 30 and in NYC after living in London the last few years. Love learning about history, theology, and about to begin a second masters in Art Business. My background is Assyrian, and I am excited to bridge the gap between politics, faith, and art to help bring representation to voices that are often dismissed. I am so excited to connect with you all and grow together, and am always looking at ways to continually upskill and build community. I believe likeminded and challenging friendships are so integral to our health in every way so cannot wait to build some here :)

@Vitoria Souza I also rarely take selfies! It’s strange, because I’m totally confident with my looks in person, but not on camera. I'm trying to get more camera confident😊
Advice for growing+healthy hair pls?🥰
Hi loves, I cut off 20 inches of my hair, and I miss it so much🥺🥺 it’s okay.. I’ll learn from this experience to never do such a thing again Does anyone have any advice on affordable ways to grow hair fast? Also, how to keep it healthy? I straighten my hair a lot, so I don’t want it to be fried like it was before 🥲 Thank you angels so much 🥰💘

@Hawa Konneh thank youuuu!!! Yes, people do tell me to do the most which makes me feel conflicted and confused 😭 that’s why I don’t want to buy any new products! I just don’t understand how people grow their hair if they trim the dead ends! Won’t it always stay the same length then, since they’re alw trimming it? Lol , maybe it’s a silly question Thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️
