The danger of over-consuming
We live in an age of information obesity. We consume podcasts, newsletters, and videos all day, thinking we are learning. But often, we are just procrastinating. There is a concept called "Input Deprivation." If you consume more content than you create, you clog your mental pipes. You get analysis paralysis because you have too many voices in your head. Try a challenge this week: For every one hour of content you consume, you must do one hour of creation. If you listen to a 30 minute podcast, you owe yourself 30 minutes of writing or building. Balance the equation. You have enough information. You need more execution. How do you balance learning and doing?

Amazing idea will have to give it a go since I don’t really balance content creation and just scrolling on social media.

What’s the ONE thing slowing your brand or business down right now?
Not the vague answer. Not ā€œeverything.ā€ The real thing you feel week to week. For some people it’s that everything lives in their head and nothing feels properly set up. For others, content is going out but there’s no clear direction or message behind it. Sometimes attention or leads come in, but it doesn’t turn into anything meaningful. And a lot of the time, it just feels like you’re busy without real momentum. Doesn’t matter if you’re a founder, a brand owner, or a creator building something serious. Put it into one sentence below. You’ll probably realise you’re not the only one dealing with it, and the fix is usually more structural than people think. šŸ‘‡ Drop it in the comments.

@Erik Grabandt yh I feel the same when I was putting out content which is why I am focusing on the offer on completing the offer and system before I post more vids.
Why viewers leave your videos (From Lesson 3) šŸ“‰
If your retention drops off after 10 seconds, it’s rarely the algorithm’s fault. It’s usually because you ignored Rhythm. Human attention follows a specific biological pattern. To hold it, your script must hit these 4 specific beats: 1. The Spike: Start with a jolt (novelty) to trigger the amygdala and force the brain to pay attention. 2. The Stretch: Don't give the answer immediately. Build tension or raise the stakes to activate the prefrontal cortex. 3. The Snap: Deliver the core insight. This is the payoff that releases dopamine. 4. The Settle: Give a brief moment for the insight to land so the viewer doesn't feel rushed. The Quick Fix: Audit your last script. If you went straight from the Hook to the Answer without a Stretch, you gave away the dopamine too cheap. Make them work for it.

@Liban Ask Libz So can you include a link of an example of this or a loom that has a break down of one of your vids or someone else’s like to did with the YouTuber the burnt chip.
