Stack for great self confidence despite results
what stack do you recommend for someone who has already the physical and intellectual power to solve problems and advance in his career, but is lacking in some deep self confidence due to negative feedback from the past or low tolerance to rejection?

L-Theanine + Myo-Inositol L-Theanine puts your brain into a calm, relaxed state, taking away that immediate, physical "gut punch" you feel the second you get rejected. Meanwhile, Inositol acts like a shock absorber for your mood, stopping your brain from hitting the panic button or spiraling when you hear harsh feedback. And you can't delete old memories, but you can permanently strip away their emotional weight. Think of past negative feedback as expired data. It applied to an older version of you that doesn't even exist anymore. You already have the intellect and the track record, those old criticisms are just ghosts you’re allowing to rent free space in your head. As for the fear of rejection, you have to gently but firmly stop giving the world so much authority over your self-worth. A 'no' isn't a measure of your value, it’s just a momentary mismatch. People's opinions are mostly just projections of their own limits anyway. Trust your own competence, protect your peace, and let the outside noise stay outside. You're the one in the arena putting in the work, the spectators don't get a vote.

@Gumble Gar yeah true but only for English, research was mine. I just used gpt to enhance my words, as my English not so good
Agmatine sulfate nmda receptors
"Hey guys, I’ve been hearing a lot about Agmatine Sulfate lately, especially regarding its receptor-based mechanisms and nootropic-like effects. Most people use it for gym pumps, but the cognitive benefits and how it interacts with receptors sound really interesting. For those who have used it: Is this compound actually worth running for its nootropic perks? Would love to hear your experiences."

I have not used this, but according to my research, it's 100% worth running, but you have to treat it as a neuro-optimizer, not a traditional "focus" stimulant. The pharmacology is incredibly elegant. Because it is an uncompetitive NMDA antagonist, it only blocks the ion pore during excessive glutamate storms. This means you get the stimulant tolerance-resetting perks without the brain fog of typical dissociatives. It also hits Alpha-2 and Imidazoline receptors to put the brakes on norepinephrine essentially killing physical anxiety. The coolest part is that it selectively suppresses inflammatory nNOS and iNOS in the brain, while still boosting eNOS in your endothelium for that gym pump. It is like the ultimate background OS update for your neurons. It is a top-tier compound if you need to reverse caffeine/stimulant tolerance or just stabilize a chronically overstimulated CNS.
BAM15
Whats everyone's experience with BAM-15. When to take it, dosing, before fasted cardio empty stomach etc? Looking for insight. Thanks

I'm no medical expert, but I have done a deep dive into the biochemical data and user logs. According my research, here's how it works, Forget the fasted cardio rule. That only applies to standard fat burners because insulin blocks them. BAM-15 doesn't care about insulin or your hormones, it forces your cells to burn fat directly. Taking it on an empty stomach before a workout is completely pointless. For timing and dosing, its half-life is super short, only about 4 to 6 hours, but it peaks at the 90 minute mark. If you want it hitting hard during training, take it 1.5 hours before. Otherwise, you have to split your total daily amount into an AM and PM dose to avoid massive crashes. The nerd upside is that it heavily triggers the AMPK pathway, meaning it aggressively melts fat while totally locking down and protecting your muscle mass. The downside? That same pathway completely shuts off mTOR, so it reduces new muscle tissue building while running it.
Nootropics for ADHD
Do nootropics actually work for ADHD? I hadn't seen Traditional dopamine stimulants bringing long term improvement, so I'm curious if non-stimulant options that focus on overall brain function or focus are a better route.

@Tony Huge Appreciate the breakdown. The systems approach makes a lot of sense. Regarding the mood shifts, they are purely performance-driven. The frustration kicks in only when I hit a wall and lose momentum on a project. It’s a direct reaction to inefficiency, which further leads to more procrastination.

@Tony Huge Thanks for the massive reality check! You completely reverse-engineered the exact bug in my workflow, classic dopamine-driven side-questing. I really appreciate the reality check on building actual systems and milestones instead of just looking for a quick stat buff. Thanks for the solid advice!
Fertile on enclo + trt?
I know that many guys become infertile after a while on trt, and that sometimes hcg and/or enclo can be used to help with that, but what if I am already on enclo with good results, do I have less of a chance of becoming infertile once starting trt? In other words what makes more sense on paper for fertility: 1. Enclo first then trt 2. Trt first then enclo I’d like to stop enclo all together and just do trt eventually but we want more kids so that isn’t an option yet.

Honestly, taking Enclo before starting TRT won't build up a shield to protect your fertility. Running them both at the same time just doesn't work. Enclo works by tricking your brain. It blocks estrogen, which makes your brain pump out the signals (LH and FSH) that tell your body to make sperm. But TRT works on a totally different pathway. The second you introduce exogenous testosterone, you flood your system. Your brain detects all that extra T, completely overrides whatever the Enclo is trying to do, and shuts the production signals down anyway. Due to this your sperm count crashes. If you absolutely have to start TRT right now but still want kids, Enclo isn't the tool for the job, you need hCG. hCG is great because it skips the brain entirely. It goes straight to the source, mimicking those signals directly at the testes to keep the factory running while you're on TRT.
