Reta is blowing my mind
I just started reta mostly in order to calm food noise, as I would go through days of binges, sometimes weeks. I have a major sweet tooth, and definitely an addictive personality if there is such a thing (I had to stop drinking 7 years ago after 18 long years of abuse for context). I am not overweight, good muscle mass etc. so I wanted to try reta mostly for the food noise. WOW! I did just one pin of 0.5mg on Saturday, and I have not been wanting any sweet after my meals despite other people eating them around me, I am way less hungry, it is the weirdest thing. Its kind of crazy how powerful it is, and I am goad I started super low. I wish this stuff was around when i was struggling with alcohol & drugs in the past, many people are also getting off of those due to reta. Curious if anyone else had similar experiences? My mind if blown 🤯

@Rob Coleman that’s awesome dude, I am thinking of trying nad very soon, how do you like it? I am planning on taking reta just once a week due to the half life being 6/7 days, and also considering how much its already working I don’t see the point in doing it more frequently. Today is day 5 and appetite suppression is still plenty. Whats your reason for twice a week?

RIP CONNOR MURPHY
Sad day for the fitness and self-improvement community. Whether you followed Connor from the beginning or discovered him later, it's hard to deny the impact he had on an entire generation. He inspired millions of people to step into the gym for the first time, build confidence, overcome insecurities, and believe they could become a better version of themselves. Over the years, Connor evolved far beyond fitness. He constantly questioned ideas, explored new perspectives, and challenged people to think differently. You didn't have to agree with every conclusion he reached to appreciate his willingness to explore, learn, and push boundaries. His passing is also a reminder that curiosity and experimentation should always be balanced with caution. Progress comes from asking questions, but it's just as important to respect the risks involved and prioritize safety. More than anything, let's remember Connor for the motivation he gave so many people to improve their health, pursue their goals, and believe they were capable of more. Rest in peace, Connor. Your influence lives on through the countless lives you changed. I'd love to hear your favorite Connor Murphy memory or the video that inspired you the most. Let's celebrate the positive impact he had on so many of us. 💙 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEfQlYD7AiE

Thank you for sharing, and for being his friend I am sure he appreciated it more than you know. It’s always tempting in hindsight when someone passes to be like “I should have done this or that”, but even if you were to have done or said everything as best as possible, in the end you would still wonder if there was something else you should have said or done… that’s the nature of the beast. RIP Connor
Alternating enclo and hcg?
I have been on enclo for 6 months with good results, and even though there haven’t been long term side effects that have been proven, I’d like to cycle in and out of it, so i was thinking maybe to stop enclo and do hcg for a few months and see how that goes, then get back on enclo etc. What should i specifically look at in the blood work to know if id be a good candidate for it? My main concern is acne, i had bad acne as a teenager and I have heard that those people can get it bad again on hcg.

@Aaron Reed enclo doesn’t shrink the berries, on the contrary.

@Trey Wilson yeah the wifey and I definitely still want kids, that’s why I am on Enclo.
Enclomiphene side affects
Has anyone experiences difficulty sleeping when taking enclomiphene? I got prescribed 12.5mg daily. I’ve been taking it for about a month now. The last couple nights have been horrible, I keep waking up somewhere between 2-3am and can’t fall back asleep till about 5am. It’s like a flip switches and I suddenly wake up and feel wired. Nothing has changed in my routine except taking enclomiphene curious if anyone else has dealt with it? Thanks.

Take it EOD, I take 12.5 Monday Wednesday and Friday no issue
Fertile on enclo + trt?
I know that many guys become infertile after a while on trt, and that sometimes hcg and/or enclo can be used to help with that, but what if I am already on enclo with good results, do I have less of a chance of becoming infertile once starting trt? In other words what makes more sense on paper for fertility: 1. Enclo first then trt 2. Trt first then enclo I’d like to stop enclo all together and just do trt eventually but we want more kids so that isn’t an option yet.
