@Josh Schoenly hey Josh an absentee Owner responded to my email (would you be open to selling property for the right price in) with “ what is the right price?” what do you suggest for a response? Am I asking him what he thinks is a good price, per the scripts? Thanks

quick question... when you import the FSBO leads into LD, are you skip tracing to get a name or just texting without a name?
If you're not using LeadDeck what the heck are you doing?!
I had an open house on a Friday afternoon. It started off pretty slow so I decided to jump into my LeadDeck and start prospecting for sellers. I had sent maybe a handful of texts (wasn't even calling since I didn't want to be on a call if someone came in..) and within minutes I had a lead call me back. He told me the property I was inquiring about had just gone under escrow BUT he had a ton of vacant land he's ready to offload. Turns out it's around 1,000 acres total in some prime areas!! Time to get to work finding the buyers for it!!

Tuesday March 10th: Never compete for a listing again. Get all the off-market listings you can handle instead.
