Hey everyone! I’m happy to be here and jump back into things. I’m Marissa, mom of 2, wife, and business over of multiple rentals. I was all into fitness about 10ish years ago and when I moved 5 years ago then had hip surgery, I kinda feel off the fitness bandwagon. My goal here is to start small with just being consistent with some type of movement each day and increasing my water. I plan to swap my junk foods out for better foods, for example, apples rather than chips, carrots rather than fries, or water instead of a soda (<— pop, I never call it soda, it’s pop…ha!). Baby steps is more effective for me to lead to giant leaps.
