Thanks Will for setting up this group. This is Halil Aksay, I am partner in Akreinvest Consultancy from Istanbul Turkiye. We have been focusing on DFW market for investing in flex/ infill/ light industrial/ ios properties for a year now and with our investors, in early 2026 we acquired our first asset, a single tenant 81.000 sf industrial property on 5,4 acres in Arlington TX. Looking to buy more, where we can add value. We hope to bring more Turkish investors to the DFW market. The challenge is we don’t reside in US, but we established a good network of brokers, lawyers, lenders, consultants and we hope to expand our network even more and complete several more successful acquisitions.
