I would love to hear your thoughts on my current fitness routine. I have followed a low-sugar, low-carb diet for years and cut out soda nearly a decade ago. I play Pickleball regularly and previously did Pilates twice a week. Despite this, I have continued to gain weight. Since joining this challenge, I have added three to four early morning workouts per week, but I am still seeing minimal results. Based on a recommendation, I started intermittent fasting two days ago. While the health benefits sound promising and I have already lost over a pound without feeling very hungry, I felt fatigued while playing pickleball last night. I would appreciate any feedback or advice.
