Best of luck tomorrow for those that are participating in the shuttle run test. Please note, that I will be hosting a shuttle run practice next Saturday May 9th at La Cite Athletic facility. The time will be provided early next week.

Don’t show up just to show up, SHOW up to earn it. 💯 Every shuttle, every turn, every push matters. You’ve put in the work, now prove it. Those certificates aren’t decorations… they’re earned. Shuttle Run Practice April 26th
Time : 2:00pm-3:00pm Location: Kanata Private School Academy 180 huntmar drive Gym door entrance, front of school, far left door facing the school. $5-8 each depending how many join. Comment below if you're joining. Great opportunity to see where you're at in a supportive environment.

Today’s Run
Thank you @Kristin Black @Alison Ritchie and @Luka Zivkovic for coming out today! Everyone did amazing! Hope to see more people at our next outdoor canal run. I’ll be working to help people get to 10km! I’m personally training to do a half marathon. Everyone is free to run at their own pace when you come out, which is exactly what we did today! Keep an eye out for our next canal run as well as our next shuttle run practice!
