Music In Gym?
I have a question regarding music. When I’m at the gym, I usually listen to Islamic nasheeds. Sometimes, YouTube Music’s autoplay starts playing regular songs, and I end up listening to them. What do you guys think about this? Is listening to music in this situation considered sinful, especially when it happens through autoplay rather than intentionally choosing the song?

best solution dont listen to anything and train your mind to do wahtever you want at the highest capaisty without any music or nasheeds
How to return to the quran
This is my first year in my uni , also I was trying to memorize Quran from a while , and i was really memorizing but from a month ago I was struggling to continue in the hifiz , I’m stressed about how can i balance both studying and memorizing quran and I need to give this year a lot of efforts in order to be accepted in specific faculty , but I don’t want to be away from the quran So I don’t know how to return to the quran and to memorize it in ikhlas , how my routine should be like , and how I can be really disciplined and consistent in this routine.

You need to schedule your whole day. Find a time block where you will always have free time and use It for hifiz. It doesnt need to be hours, It could be as little as 15 30 45 minutes. I guess everyday you have at least like 30 minutes free time so find a time block and schedule It for hifiz. It could be after maghrib, before sleep( reading before sleep can help memorizing) or whenever you want. Just find a time block, schedule It for hifiz and protect It. Dont try to be perfectionist like 2 hours everyday or something no If you genuinly dont have time , then do like 30 minutes
What to do on Fridays?
Salamu aleikum, I wanted to ask what are the best acts of ibidah(worships) to do on Fridays? I know about reading Surah Al kahf, sending salawat on the prophet s.a.w and I know making dua last hour before maghrib. Is there anything that I dont know or miss? Please let me know down below. May Allah bless you all, Salamu aleikum
The Sunnah quietly breaks the narcissism inside us.
When you say Salam first, you break the need to feel superior. When you smile at others, you break self-centeredness. When you accept advice, you break arrogance. When you apologize, you break the ego. When you serve your family, you break entitlement. When you sit with the poor and the weak, you break pride. When you forgive those who hurt you, you break the desire to always win. When you listen more than you speak, you break the need for attention. When you make dua for others in their absence, you break jealousy. When you remember that every blessing is from Allah, you break self-importance. The Prophet was the greatest of creation, yet he was the most humble. The cure for an inflated ego is not self-hatred. It is following the Sunnah. Every act of humility is a step away from the nafs and a step closer to Allah.
