The belief under my pattern is shrinker. when i was a child, when i told something that excited me i was ignored also when i told my parents any problem of mine, they laughed instead of trying to comfort me.
This year i learnt that if you do not put the work you are meant to put you are goig to stay the same, your family won´t be here for you always nor you, so if you really want something you must work for it. No one is going to put the effort for you

My default pattern is shrinker , appeaser and deflector — and it shows in social gatherings . For the deflector pattern it appears when people talk about my future and what im doing right now. I try to deflect it or make a joke because i am not i a good position in terms of what my relatives and friends expect from me . It has cost me my confidence and it made aware of other opinions although that should not matter to me
