People running their HTE store, do you charge the tax separately to the customer?

Hello there folks I am trying to find the refund and return, shipping, billing terms, and payment policy templates. I was wondering if there is something I can use to create my parent policy or is there a link somewhere in the modules that I am missing.

I'm wondering how you're able to efficiently import products from suppliers that have a lot of SKUs. A lot of the suppliers don't have a master product sheet and just send you a pdf or slideshow product presentation instead. I see competitors having the full catalog but a lot of the times its not accurate information as well. Seems like product management is one of the biggest hurdles in the game. How do you guys go about it?
