First insurance inquiry
Quick question, I have my first insurance inquiry. Do you require an application from the tenants even if the insurance company is signing the lease and responsible for all payments?

ABNB Payout delayed
So the family I have in the house ... their payment is "under review" and will be paid out AFTER the last day of their booking!! ABNB says that it's to make sure it's on the up and up. My first payment also showed delayed, with payment scheduled for day after guest scheduled check out for my first 30 day reservation. I had to a notification to verify my address for the listing and after I did that, Airbnb updated the payment date and sent my funds, not sure if that is also what is causing the delay for your payment but figured I would share.

Is anyone located in Oregon?
I am hoping to connect with anyone who might be renting out a property month to month in Oregon and utilizing any of the VRBO, AirBNB or FF platforms. I am trying to understand how you handle a lease when you are renting for 30 days or more on these platforms.

First Booking!
I have my first booking! It is a corporate rental for one month, booked through Airbnb. Check in is tomorrow and I am scrambling for some last minute updates but so excited.

Not sure where you are located but if you have a Cort Furniture near you, they rent and sell used furniture for good prices.
