@Eli Di thank you!…. So we use nice job now which helps, but the main thing that works better which I’m going to cancel nice job this year is we pay our technicians to get reviews. So every review a technician gets with his name listed we pay them $10., on top of that I have our office manager make “happy calls” the day after a job is completed, and she asks how happy they were with the service and if there was anything we could have done to make their experience better and at the end of the call she will ask them if they can leave us a review if they haven’t done so already. The way we word it is if you wouldn’t mind taking 1-2 minutes and leaving us a review it would mean the world to us, as a small family owned business good reviews from clients like you helps more than you know!

Another thing that you can do, which I actually haven’t done but plan to do this year is depending how many past customers you’ve served. Have someone go through your CRM and call every customer and have them say who they are from your company and say we provided “X” service “Y” many months or years ago and I’m just doing a quality assurance check to make sure you were happy with everything when we did the work for you and to see if there’s anything we could have done different? They’ll answer no everything was great and then you’ll say ok that’s great to hear I’m glad you were happy, if you wouldn’t mind if I can text you a link to leave us a review for us it would mean the world to me! They will say sure no problem…. Then 5 minutes later you look to see if they left the review (in between other calls) and if they didn’t you call them back and say hey “name” I’m so sorry to bother you we just spoke, I just spoke to another customer and they said the link I sent them wasn’t working, do you mind clicking that link really quickly and make sure that works? They should say sure they click it and say it works and just say ok great thanks so much sorry to bother you have a great day! This works great… you can pay someone to call all your customers and pay them $10 per hour and $5 per review… or you can probably get a VA that speaks good English to just do it for the $7-10 per hour
