Passed my PMP exam on first attempt🎉🎉🎉

I am thrilled to share that I have officially earned my PMP on the first attempt today! Free Float vs Total Float

Can someone give an example where Free Float and Total Float for an activity are different? I tried few network diagrams and always found them same.

Hi @Mudit Singhal :) Check with scenarios where an activity has successors that are not on the critical path. A --> B --> C (Critical Path, 10 days each) A --> D --> E (Non-Critical, D and E 5 days each) Here for activity D, the total float is 10 days (time delay without impacting project delivery), where as free float is 1 day (ES of E - EF of D) only.
