My current stack
Just curious as to the response of people to my current stack. Here's a list of things im running. Sarm: 6.25mg Enclomiphene, every second day Pills: Daily (With meal) 14mg Iron 1200mg Alpha-GPC 3G Omega 3-s 50mg zinc bisglycinate 250mg Pomergrante Extract 500mg Rhodiola Rosea 24mg Astaxanthin 3mg elemental Boron 20,000 I.E. Vitamin D3 5mg Lithium Orotate (Taken on empty stomach) 650mg Alpha Lipolic Acid 1,000,000 LKU Lumbrokinase 2,000 FU Nattokinase 300mcg liposomal GHK-CU Fluids: Daily 1500mg Sublingual Berberine (with slin pill contents. Excluding Alpha Lipolic Acid.) 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar (30 mins pre-meal.) Powder: Daily 2-3G L-Carnitine L-Tartrate 1G Vitamin C 30mg Noopept 3G Elemental Potassium 350mg Elemental Magnesium 700-800mg of Elemental Calcium On Occassion: 10mg Bromantane 500mg L-Dopa 1.5G Taurine 20g Multi Collagen I also have a draw full of other supplements I don't use anymore, or use on occasion, recently been getting interested in Acetyl L-Carnitine again. Also used to use carb digestion blockers in a test to see if I could maintain ketosis and eat sugary foods. I ended up getting sick, so I dont recommend.

@Tony Huge That's fair. Honestly I only realised how much I used when I started writing this list. Though everything has been picked for a purpose. The structure is more oriented towards my goals at the time of getting them, though my longest living goal has been longevity. (Which reminds me, I forgot to add 1300mg nmnh & 600mg Resveratrol to the list.) I've gone through many phases, from wanting to raise my blood pressure, breaking down scar tissue, improve my cardio, strengthen my bones, boost my testosterone, boost my cognition etc. Sometimes moving back and forth between things like hormone health, hence why I dabbled into ginsenosides for a while. That'd be my biggest excuse for a lack of structure, 100%. The L-Dopa is a 'take when I have deadlines' substance, similar to caffeine, that's something I always use taurine/ l-theanine alongside. Potassium; I may have got the measurement wrong there... As I'm not always taking that much, usually after I've had something high sodium, I'll also split the does between multiple sittings. The Alpha-gpc is for the noopept (which I just realised I take 10mg/day, not 30.) And it's to provide a choline source for the noopept. As for the 20k Iu vitamin D3, I haven't had any traverse effects from it. And am doing it because I wanted to try it out, as I heard some niche studies about it effecting muscle recovery. @Aaron Reed My goal, often changing, but recently; happiness, cognition & longevity. They tend to tie into one another, or work as a balancing act. Recently I've been deeply interested in electrolytes, and wanted to see how they would effect me. It's crazy to feel the difference from what would otherwise be pretty simple additions unrelated to blasting hormones. (The balance has made my body retain water much better and it's weird to say but I do feel more fortuitous.) As for my labs, your going to have to give me more context as I'm not as I don't completely understand the lingo, do you mean like blood work, or like; third party testing? Also; I do believe I got the idea of using Boron from you! I read up on Boron's effect on rheumatoid arthritis & wanted to give it a go.
What's your real caffeine cutoff? Be honest.
Be real – what time did you have your last caffeine of the day? If it's after 2pm, your sleep architecture is already cooked. Tren guys especially – that half-life is nasty. What's your real caffeine cutoff? And what's your sleep stack? Mag? Apigenin? Glycine?

I don't often drink caffeine, I let my tolerance decline and use it for stressful situations when I need to get things done, like close deadline uni work. But I also use an anxiolytic like Taurine or L-Theanine when I do. I instead focus on the energy system, currently running a Creatine Monohydrate, Glycocyamine mix. It's a crazy combo, I would look into it if you haven't heard. It also goes by creGAAtine, (GAA being the abbreviation of Guanidinoacetic acid, another name for the substance.) Glycocyamine has been studied to increase the absorption of creatine into tissue by around 8.5x (unsure on the dosing, I believe around 1: 3 being GAA to Creatine Mono.

@Tony Huge Yes! I have indeed been using methyl donors! I read about that and immediately took that into effect. (I forgot to mention it on my stack but the iron supplement I use also have b vitamins and folate.)
Lithium + Electrolytes
When it comes to bipolar, I've found that low dose lithium Orotate has been the best overall supplement for me. It's also opened my eyes to the periodic table and how electrolytes as a whole work. Lithium pulls more water into your brain tissue which helps with cognitive function. When you can encourage more water into cells you can improve, insulin sensitivity and their ability to take in nutrients. Potassium, particularly Potassium Citrate; is a both a ph neutraliser and important for the sodium potassium balance. The better your ratio, the better your cells take in nutrients. The potassium also helps your body keep your bones mineralised, by stopping the calcium from being pulled. And the ph alkaliser helps increase muscle endurance; by reducing the impact of anaerobic excersize, leading to more reps. This is similar to how Sodium Bicarbonate works (Baking soda.) But instead; Sodium Bicarbonate decreases blood acidity by alchemising into carbonic acid. What they may not tell you is that cancer creates an acidic environment, a domain. This domain protects the tumor from immune cells. This is why alkalising the blood can help kill off cancer, because your taking away it's home field environment. WARNING - - There are medical issues that can come from impacting your blood ph. Acidosis & Alkalosis. Especially if you do it consistently or take too high a dose, you should also make sure not to get hyperlakemia from too much potassium, for me it shows up as a tingling in the face.

@Tony Huge Thanks tony, I didn't expect you to write on this. Lithium does actually pull more water into the brain tissue. Though I see what you mean, it dosen't seem to be the main function. Though is believed to a part of the way that it increases grey matter. I believe that a cells ability to intake intracellular water via electrolytes increases the ability for water soluble nutrients to enter the cell. This is what I based my theory on how Lithium's ability to pull more water into brain matter was how it can improve cognition further. When I said alkalizing, I wasn't trying to say fully alkaline blood. I was trying to use the word in a more subtle way. Also; there is actually a lot of evidence that sodium, bicarbonate can indeed effect the extracellular PH of your blood. Not as much for potassium citrate, but it does follow a similar principle. Sodium Bicarbonate is well known for it's effect on the tumor microenvironment. An important staple in cancer's survival within the body. When you can remove the cancers ability to ward off immune cells, it become more vulnerable. I know mixing cancer and electrolytes is a manic, if not crazy seeming proposition. But please understand; my brain does not compartmentalise, if it links it fits. There's even more stuff that I can say. There was a study in how Vtamin C, is able to act as a pro-oxidant against cancer whilst acting as an antioxidant to healthy cells. This is by producing hydrogen peroxide. Completely fine to healthy cells, as they have a good defence system against the substance. Whereas cancer cells, do not.

Slin pills stomach cramps
So I came to the conclusion that berberine can give some serious stomach cramps. So then I stopped taking berberine and switched to slin pills in the hope that the additional ingredients would wipe out that side effect, but unfortunately, I still get it. I even take it now with meals and after meals, as I know and experience that on an empty stomach it worsens the stomach pain. And the stomach ache is really not nice, as in the pain is that serious that whatever task you are doing, you have to quit it. You just want to lay down and then you have like a few minutes of cramps and then 10 minutes nothing, and then a few minutes of intense cramps, etc. So I just wonder, am I just genetically unlucky or is there a way that I can keep taking slim pills because they do make me leaner without this side effect? Maybe take with a lot of fat, maybe with olive oil or something, I don't know. I have yet have to come to a pattern or method that does not give me those stomach cramps.

@Mouad Abbou no, that's exactly it, you let it dissolve under your tongue, because under your tongue is a very permeable environment for alot of things. Including sublingual berberine.

REAL Healing w/Peptides
I had an MRI last year, because I hurt my shoulder badly. The MRI showed the following in very brief detail: MRI reading last year: Severe tendinopathy in the long head distal portion of the biceps; labrum was diffusely torn; superspinatus, infraspinatus, and subscapularis all had mild to moderate tendinopathy with edema. ————————— My shoulder was unbelievably painful. It healed a bit over the next 2 months… but after the two months, it was never really the same. My shoulder would do weird shit in the morning, during the day and at night. I couldn’t bench or overhead press anymore, or at least the way that I wanted to. I was limited to just back work, and very, very limited at tricep work due to the bicep tendon. I had to be very careful on my bicep work, because if I did hammer curls, I would out of commission for like a week, that bicep tendon would be so angry with me. It was bad. And even some of the back work I had to be careful with. My training was very limited upper body wise. My body still looked good despite my size, but I was grossly weak…and I fucking hated it About a year in, I threw in the towel. At this point, I had chronic shoulder pain, and I wanted to do something about it because I was tired of being in pain, and my upper body training being mundane and boring. The following was my protocol: Injections with insulin needle: BPC-157: 1000 mcg/1 mg - 5 weeks TB-500: 1000 mcg/1mg - 5 weeks Cartalax: 1000 mcg/1 mg - 5 weeks Oral: Sigumir: 2 capsules a day: 30 days The Result: My shoulder healed nearly 90%….I still have very mild discomfort every so often… but it is almost unnoticeable. I was finally able to bench again. And as a sidenote, every time I benched either with dumbbells or a barbell my affected side would severely lag towards the last few reps and my bicep tendon would be incredibly inflamed and painful thereafter. Now, I have either zero or very minimal lag when I bench. And zero or very minimal discomfort residual post benching pain. I am approaching a 455 bench hopefully by the end of July.

Fun little knowledge I've recently learnt. Semaglutide, aka Ozempic; is known for it's ability to change the metabolic power of Chondrocytes. A cell found in cartilage and tendons with tendinopathy. Sema can not only reduce weight strain on joints, but also increase the thickness of collagen.
