Good morning all! Hopefully everyone that is in the middle of the great snowmageddon and deep freeze is doing well this morning! Those of you outside of it....lucky 😆. I was wondering if anyone has any goals for week that maybe you have been putting off or would just make the week worth it for you.

Start with One Note What note feels comfortable to you today? Every melody starts somewhere. Choose one home note (like C) and think of it as your musical “home base.” Action: Play or sing that note. Then move up or down to just one other note. Daily Win: You created the start of a melody. Pro Tip: If stuck, start on middle C—it works in almost every beginner melody.
