Our fearless group leader, @Channing Mack challenged me to tackle an 80s banger. Well… challenge accepted. 😄 Here’s my take on Purple Rain on tenor sax. This song has always been one of my favorites, and while I’m definitely still learning, I had a blast playing it. Also, please ignore the barking dogs in the background. Let's bring back an older challenge that we did in this community when it first started. Pick someone, anyone, and give them a playing challenge. Don't make it too outrageous though. But challenge someone to play something, a song, riff, technique, etc. If you get challenged practice whatever the challenge is a few times and then post a video of it below in the comments. Then Sunday we will come together in a live meeting and discuss!
