Hi everyone, I really need your help and perspective. For the past three months I’ve been paying for Skool, learning inside communities, but I haven’t started my own yet. I want to — more than anything — but I’m stuck. I can’t figure out what niche I should build around, and it’s becoming frustrating. I’m 30 years old and I’ve spent the last 10 years working in hospitality. I’ve managed hostels, run multiple Bed & Breakfasts in Italy, and had decent success. I love social media, I love the idea of building a community here on Skool… but I can’t understand what I’m truly passionate about. Part of me thinks I should help B&B owners because that’s where my experience is. Another part of me loves fitness — I go to the gym every day and it changed my life — but I don’t feel like I have the “credentials” to teach anyone. And then there’s AI… Everyone says it’s the most profitable niche right now. I only know how to use ChatGPT, but I’m willing to learn. Still, I don’t know if it’s my thing or if I’m chasing it just because it’s trending. ChatGPT told me to “learn and document,” and I like that idea, but the truth is: I’m confused. I don’t know what my biggest passion is, I don’t know what transformation I can help people achieve, and I feel stuck in my own head. What I do know is this: I love Skool. I love content creation. And I’m 100% sure I want to build something online. I just don’t know which direction to choose. If you’ve ever been in this situation — or if you have advice on how to find clarity — I would really appreciate your help. What would you do in my position? How do you choose a niche when you like many things but aren’t “sure” about any of them? Thank you for reading. Any guidance means a lot. 🙏

Hey everyone 👋 I’m starting my community here on Skool and I’m really curious to know what your work setup looks like. Right now, I don’t have an office — I work from a small room at home (I still live with my parents). It’s okay, but sometimes I feel like I need more space to focus better. I’ve been thinking about renting an office, but between rent, utilities, and parking, it can easily cost around €1,000 a month… so for now I’m holding off.
