@Sanka Zhora I built a debian based linux os based on LMDE7 and Kali linux for development and HTB security tasks. Its a work in progress.

@Sanka Zhora have tried many linux versions. I like how packages are in debian so always gravitate to that. Hate Ubuntu, its the Windows of linux. Big fan of Linux Mint. LMDE to be exact, all Deb based. Great dev platform. It dosent have the repos for security like Kali Linux though. Tired Linux From Scratch, but that morphed into making a Debian based OS modeled after LMDE and Kali together. So trying to get best of both dev and security in one package. Its been a fun project so far.
AI: The Bridge You Don't Have to Build Alone 🌉🥺❤️
To anyone starting their AI journey, I wanted to share something I've learned along the way. First, there is no such thing as a dumb question. One thing I genuinely love about AI Edge is the people. Someone is always willing to help, share knowledge, and offer honest, constructive criticism. AI is advancing incredibly quickly, but I believe our greatest strength is still each other. Some of us are creative, others technical, analytical, or strategic. AI is the bridge that allows those different minds to come together and build things neither could have achieved alone. So if you're new, ask questions, share your ideas, and don't be afraid to reach out. AND IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCED, REMEMBER HOW MUCH A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT CAN MEAN TO SOMEONE JUST STARTING. 🧠 Without being corny, the biggest highlight of my AI journey hasn't actually been AI itself. It's been the people I've met, the conversations I've had (nerding out), and the unexpected friendships and partnerships I've formed. I've gained knowledge I didn't even realise I was missing. And surprisingly, helping others has been one of the best ways to recognise my own progress. Questions I couldn't answer months ago are now things I can help someone else understand. That's something I'd encourage everyone to embrace. Don't just come here to find answers. Come to share them too. Something that seems obvious to you might be exactly what someone else needs to hear. AI gives us the tools, but people give those tools purpose. The future isn't something we have to figure out alone. It's a bridge we build together. ❤️

@Baptiste Evans Decraene just the amount out there to learn. Hard to figure out where to start without help. This seems like a great community to learn from.
HIVE - (etcetera)... *Finally*🐱‍👤🦀💎🥦🦉
So this is great. Figured I'd share it here for all of you Skool cats ^0^ A long-seated project of mine that involves some super technical computer stuff. Feedback, questions, advice, and constructive pointers are encouraged.

Is there a repo to test it out?

@Greg Thomas looking forward to help break it and work out bugs 😁
Welcome to Show & Tell 🛠️
This is the place to show what you've built with AI and tell us how you did it. What to post here - Something you built, automated or shipped with AI - A workflow that saves you time - A before and after of a task you improved with AI - Experiments that worked, and ones that didn't (those are often the most useful) - Work in progress you'd like feedback on Who can post Everyone. Your first simple automation counts just as much as a full app. If you made it, share it. How to make a great post 1. Show it. Add a screenshot, short screen recording or image. 2. Tell us what it does. One or two lines on the problem it solves. 3. Share how you built it. Tools, prompts and steps you used. 4. Share the result. Time saved, what changed, or what you learned. 5. Ask for feedback if you want it. Keep in mind - Upload screenshots or videos instead of posting external links. - Show what you built, not what you're selling. Sales pitches will be removed. - Hide any personal, client or login info before you post. See something you like? Comment, ask how they did it, or say what you'd try next. A reply "this helped me" goes a long way. A quick reminder Never share your contact or bank info in a post. Never accept offers in DMs. If something feels off, report it to an admin. @Vashti K @Victor A @Ryan D Be sure to read the Community Rules https://www.skool.com/milesdeutscher/-/rules

KrelboyneOS: a Linux distro I built with Claude 🐧🛠️ KrelboyneOS (KOS) is my own Linux distribution, based on Debian 13 and built with Claude Code as my coding partner. It’s a workstation for developers and security learners that’s ready the moment it finishes installing, with no afternoon of setup first. What’s in it Xfce desktop with custom branding on the boot menus, installer and login screen Dev tools ready to go: git, Python, Node, Docker, VS Code, PostgreSQL, VMs Security tools: nmap, Wireshark, hashcat, sqlmap, Nuclei, with Metasploit, Burp and about 70 more installable from the KOS Software app KOS Doctor: a checkup app that shows SSD life, battery health, disk and memory, and fixes common problems with one click Its own signed apt repository, so KOS’s own tools update with the rest of the system How AI was used Claude did most of the hands-on work: the build config, the installer branding, both apps, the package and signing setup, release uploads, and even reviewing other GitHub projects to decide what belongs in the distro. My job was deciding what KOS should be, testing every build on real hardware and in VMs, and saying no a lot. I also typed every password and signing passphrase myself; the AI never handles those. Where it’s at Version 0.1.5, still alpha. It installs and runs daily on my Dell Latitude, including with full-disk encryption. 🌐 https://krelboyneos.org 💬 Discord for help and bugs: https://discord.gg/hzUZDPwBs7 I’d love feedback, especially from anyone who tries it on different hardware.
🚀 New Video: Claude 2.0 Is Incredible: Everything You Need To Know
Anthropic just rebuilt the Claude app, and people are calling it Claude 2.0: helper agents, side chats, split screen and chats that talk to each other. I walk through all of it, plus Claude Docs and Google Sheets editing, the manager chat that organises my other sessions, the /skill-doctor command, and building your own mods so Claude works the way you want.

The changes they made are really good. Code does a lot more with the split screen.
