Pure price action move. Run at the lows with sentiment in strong fear. Reclaiming of 1hr level and retest with reaction. Trigger long targeting highs for a nice short squeeze. TP1 achieved in few hours, took 30% off and BE. Rest is running. Hopefully we're back :) Still have the other swing open in HYPE. Chilling at entry.

Been a ghost and trading less this week! Review 1. stopped out of ACHR full stop for about -600 2. Still in ADBE but have a stop for the next trading day 3. Stopped out of WDC at breakeven 4. Still in NVDA… it’s doing great! 5. Took a short on /MGC today. Realized $400 in 1 contract and I’m swinging a second. 6. Long /MNQ holding over the weekend. 7. Still long in ELF so weekly PNL is -200 but I have a lot of unrealized profit going into the long weekend… hope I don’t regret that.. Following rules!! Very happy on how everything is going

Today just taking swing trades only. Trades taken: 1. ELF 2. ADBE 3. ACHR 4. WDC Trades Still in 1. NVDA Restarting! Reframing! Here we go. One thing I'm wondering if I should trade full /ES or /NQ mini contracts as swings for the index, or just do QQQ/SPY.. not sure yet.

Trades 1. Stopped out of silver and down it went. If I had been playing it on the daily I wouldn’t have gotten taken out but I got spooked. -480. This should have been a very profitable turn. 2. Tried to bottom pick AMD again. This was simply a mistake and I realized I was tilting trying to make back money lost. - 330 3. SPX 0dte lotto. Took at the end of the day trying to see if we would bounce. Pure gamble. No set up -250 Day P&L -1060 So big loser day but I am up a great deal on my NVDA swing and haven’t taken any profit yet although I’m more than 1k in the green Realized Week P&L -701 Lessons for the week. As I’ve been making gains, I feel my demons reentering, wanting to forgo process, jump into trades, gamble and rationalize it etc. my portfolio is up 12 percent on the year and I don’t want that to make me complacent or think it’s house money. Considering taking a few days off. Forcing myself into writing daily journal entries and bringing my mind state back to equilibrium .

Trades Taken 1. AMD - Stopped into a long.. not working so far, but let's see.... 2. Short /SIL and /MGC - Massive breakdown that I would have taken profit on if I had more than one contract for each position... but got stopped out at breakeven for both. Was a short set up on the day chart 3. Some random day trading nonsense that left me flat for the day. P&L nothing today.
