Hey, everybody! I’m Griffin, and I’m joining from Atlanta, Georgia. I’ve had a calisthenics routine going for about two years now, and I’d say I’m pretty solidly at an intermediate level. I’m seeking good tutorials and tips on upping my levels, as I e been hitting somewhat of a ceiling. GOALS: 1. Develop more using gymnastics rings regularly. 2. Integrate other calisthenics movements using standard calisthenics equipment. 3. Be able to perform 5 pull ups and an unassisted L-sit after 3 months.
