Whats the fastes way to disconnect from the spiritual? To NOT acknowledge your blessings or your accomplishments. When you receive and don’t acknowledge it, you discredit the higher power supporting you. That puts you in scarcity → fear → illusion of separation. There are only two core frequencies: fear and love.Scarcity = fear = disconnection.Gratitude = love = connection. The overachiever that never acknowledges themselves will always feel unfulfilled and eventually plateau and its crazy that this is the same archetype thats being glorified right now with hustle culture🫠 & they don't plateu because they're not doing enough, but because they don't notice the abundance of whats already working! When you start noticing and giving credit to divinity, everything expands. More abundance, more synchronicity, more connection. You were never disconnected… just distracted. So do this for 1 week: 1.
