Heya! I’m Gretchen. I am an NP and just starting my coaching biz. My background is in diabetes and metabolic disease as an NP and medical ICU as an RN. I want to integrate everything I’ve learned from medicine, my own therapy and mentorship, strength training, and lived experience to guide others from chronic stress and burnout to who they want to become. My promise: I do not practice power-over. I am committed to being in co-creation with others, rooted in truth and love. I meet people as whole humans—not problems to be fixed My biggest challenge right now is: - concise focus- there is so much I want to do! I find it challenging to put all that I want to do into words. - Visibility dilemma- taking action to be seen.

Aloha! Name is Leslie. I live in Hawaii with my partner and my fuzzy nugget. I quit my job in cardiac surgery (well, I told them to kiss my ass and shove it) and started the journey to finding my joy again. I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD (which explained my whole confusing existence) That led me to become a holistic nurse coach, start using plant medicine to wake the fuc* back up and I started writing… and writing and writing.
