Arachidonic Acid Natural Muscle Builder
Looking into Enhanced Labs Arachidonic Acid. Seems pretty interesting to try out for a few months. Arachidonic Acid (AA) is a fatty acid your body already uses to trigger muscle growth and repair. It’s part of the inflammatory signaling that tells your body: “Hey, this muscle needs to adapt and grow.” That’s why lifters sometimes notice: • better pumps• more soreness (the productive kind) • improved hypertrophy response It’s not a hormone. It’s not a stimulant. It just amplifies the growth signal from training. If your workouts feel flat or you’re not getting the same adaptation you used to, AA can be one of those subtle levers that makes your training “work again.” Curious if anyone here has tried it and what your experience was 💪

My friend said the masteron was making his hair fall out.
Are you taking enough of this ??
Potassium.... Often overlooked by athletes and bodybuilders. The RDA is only 4 grams which is a very low to start with. That's more than 15 bananas. It's almost impossible to eat enough to even reach 4 grams. If you take a brisk walk or lift weights for 20 minutes you can burn through 4 grams fairly quickly. Which means you'll need to consume 8 grams to just break even. Most athletes, bodybuilders or anyone who works in a hot environment will need far more than that. Make sure to balance it with some natural sea salt, calcium, and magnesium....

Higher sets for better results!
I watched a video with Dr. Nash Jocic and he was talking about Serge Nubret doing 40 sets on each exercise with at least 10-20 reps so I'm trying it today! I'm sticking with 10 sets! I get a good pump and time is better. What is y'all's opinion/routine?

@Daniel Laidlaw thanks, I'm basically started working out again about 5 months ago. I've worked out ever since I was a kid. I'm 54 years old and I'm basically trying to find my groove. I plateaud when I was about 22 and I basically just maintained a good weight. I'm 6'2" and 5 months ago I weighed 190 lbs I'm at 232 lbs now thanks to MK-677 and gear. So I'm open to all help and all suggestions!
