I am trying to develop a nutrition plan. Right now I just eat whatever with an eye on enough protein. Do I really have to decrease by pastry/cookie consumption? I just had a DexaScan and VO2 max test and it suggest I lose 7lbs of visceral fat. I weigh 193 lbs
