Lovely community 🤍 Our Mindful Monday Meditation is happening tomorrow at 9:30 pm instead of today, as I’m flying tonight. ✨ Why we meditate together Meditation isn’t about having a quiet mind. For some people that comes easily - for many of us (including me!!!), it doesn’t. And that’s not a problem. The practice is not to stop your thoughts, but to notice them. You'll see your mind wander - that’s normal. Your only job is to observe it, gently bring your attention back to the present moment, and reconnect with the music and my voice. This simple skill translates into everyday life. You will begin to notice your thoughts instead of being ruled by them. And when you can observe your thoughts, you can change them. What you repeat, you become. Change your thoughts - change your life. This doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why we practice - together - every single week. ✨ 🌿 You might be wondering why I offer these meditations for free every week, and what I gain from it. The truth is, I gain something deeply meaningful. I meditate every single day and have done so for years, and through this practice I’ve experienced profound healing, clarity, and moments of true coming home to myself. But there is something uniquely powerful and sacred about sharing this practice. Bringing people together from all over the world, even for just half an hour, to quiet the mind, soften the heart, and heal together feels incredibly precious and delicate. Guiding this space and witnessing that collective shift fills me with gratitude every single week - I truly feel blessed. 🤍 I just want to say - it truly melts my heart that some of you reached out when you saw it was moved in the calendar. Thank you for your support, and more importantly, for showing up for yourselves week after week. ✨ Isn’t it ironic…
that we spend so much time doing spiritual, physical, emotional, mental work - all trying to bring ourselves back into the present moment… when enjoying the present moment is actually just one simple decision in the now? We journal, we heal, we meditate, we affirm, we try so hard to “get there”…but presence isn’t something you chase. It's something you choose. Right here.Right now. In this breath. I’m not saying the inner work is meaningless - it’s beautiful, powerful, transformative. But sometimes the mind makes the journey feel longer than it needs to be. Sometimes the thing you’re chasing is only one small choice away. Choosing to enjoy this moment. Choosing to soften into your body. Choosing to breathe consciously. Choosing to be here, instead of somewhere else in your mind. You choose where your energy goes. You choose what you invest your time in. And you choose how you experience this moment. Life becomes simpler when you realise this: Presence is not a destination. It's a decision. And you can make it any time you want. 🌿✨ After all, we are always in the present moment; it's impossible to be anywhere else in the 3D, but what's difficult is bringing our mind back here. Away from the past and future. There are so many techniques to do it, but funnily enough, it's all just a decision after all :)

Activities that I can lock in & be fully present allow me to come back to the present. It’s easy to let the mind wander, but I agree it’s a decision to come back :)

✨ Today is Thanksgiving… and it reminded me of something powerful.
The quickest way to invite more blessings into your life is to ask life itself (or source, God, your higher self, the universe - however you want to call it): “Show me how I can be even more grateful. Show me all the ways.” Gratitude isn’t just a feeling - it’s a frequency. And when you harmonise with that frequency, life mirrors it back to you. You begin to notice more beauty, more alignment, more tiny miracles, more reasons to soften into your heart. When you tune into gratitude, gratitude tunes into you.
