Boredom training - or “do nothing” training

@Amanda Taulborg I’d like help teaching my dog to settle and remain calm for extended periods without constant engagement, so she can relax quietly in different environments like a restaurant, office, or while I’m working. Maybe help building duration as well. Particularly after my dog is fulfilled mentally and physically - teaching a default behavior as sitting/sleeping quietly

Hi everyone! My pup’s name is Loam (yes like the soil). She’s a Chocolate Labrador Retriever. She’s 6 months old. Relatively good with all her basic obedience and has a solid foundation so far for PSD training for Anxiety and Autism. Since I got her she naturally has been hopping in my lap so it has been pretty easy to train deep pressure so far. Working on various other things to help get her into working shape with public access and task work :)
