Mindset Monday!
Hey guys! It’s Monday! Fresh week, fresh opportunity. Every athlete I work with and myself included has one thing that sets the tone for their entire week of training. Some of these include; -A non negotiable Monday morning run. -A Sunday afternoon meal prep ritual. -Journaling before the week starts. -Getting to bed at the same time every night. Our daily or weekly habits make everything else that little bit easier. It’s the domino that knocks the rest down. So I'd like to hear your side! @Laura Dacey You’re spot on Laura. Fresh week, fresh start. Love this. My one habit is I lay out my gear the night before and set a simple plan. No thinking in the morning. Just go. You asked for one habit. That’s mine. Keen to see what you do next week too!
