I was wondering if anybody knew why when manufacturers or reviewers say a scent may last 4-5 hours yet after about 8 hours, I can still smell the fragrance even if it's not as potent as a couple of hours after spraying on.

On a warm day at the office, went with the masterpiece Terre d’Hermes EDT. Just gives so much uplifting blood orange with the grassy Vetiver. A brilliant scent that gives me very good performance.

Here in UK it's warming up quite a bit now to early 20's°c. I tried Black Orchid just to see how it behaves in warmer climates & why the recommendation is to wear it in cooler weather. However I have to say, wearing it in the warmer climate. I loved it. 2 sprays & the projection was crazy. That alone lasted for well over 10+ hours & once the projection had dissipated. The smell of chocolate when lifting up my shirt was amazing. I do think this could become a go to fragrance for me for the warmer weather.

This is precisely the kind of weather I've been anticipating to wear this particular perfume. It possesses a rich, masculine, and gourmand aroma. While this scent might be perceived as exotic by many Europeans, for those of us from the Indian subcontinent, it evokes a strong sense of nostalgia. The prominent kulfi note truly stands out and captivates the senses.

I was wondering if anybody else has noticed if you wear certain fragrances, especially in the workplace. Those around you especially the ones who like to throw there weight around, seem to withdraw or become more friendly as if they're threatened or intimidated all of a sudden?
