Hey y’all I got question. Got this job today, came to the quote of around $7,500 for these two buildings totaling 2150 sqft. What do you think? I’m in Spokane, Washington. planning to scrape/prime/caulk/paint for the green house, and just caulk/paint for the white one. trying to make it look as good as possible for the client to sell it. and we are doing all man doors and the garage door. I thought this quote sounded a little expensive, but maybe not. It is going to be a decent amount of work. I really want to land this job because I haven’t yet been able to land a ton of jobs on my own, and I have some guys working for me.

975 SQFT new addition, everything is bare Sheetrock. Garage: 575 SQFT, walls need PVA primer, ceiling needs fire retardant paint Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Library, Entry Way: 400SQFT (primer PVA on walls, ceiling paint on ceiling) What would you charge for labor? just curious I’m located in Southern Maine TIA

If there’s brand new vinyl on a house, freshly installed. Should I still pressure wash or only if needed? Thanks in advance
