What are the attributes of a great leader- in your opinion?

If you know me at all, you know I’m a worship pastor with a planner brain, a leadership heart, a hospitality backbone, and a “bring Jesus what I have and trust Him with the rest” life story. I’ve spent 20 years feeding people on campuses and feeding souls in churches — and honestly? God has been multiplying my little offerings my whole life. Fish & Loaves Co. is the place where all of that finally comes together. This community was built for leaders who are called, stretched, gifted, overwhelmed, passionate, poured-out, hungry, discouraged, on-fire, or hanging on by a thread — sometimes all in the same week. We steward what’s in our hands and trust Jesus to multiply it — our influence, our confidence, our clarity, our gifts, our leadership, our faith.
