Reflection on last nights fitness session 💚
I’m so excited for next Tuesday’s session already! @Simon Flannery is absolutely incredible and so knowledgeable. He accommodates to all fitness levels and knows your goals, strengths, weaknesses. I definitely feel like I’ve worked hard because I feel a bit achey, but not enough to stop my daily activities. No pain no gain 😉 I woke up yesterday so drained all day, but I am genuinely so proud of myself for just moving without the motivation, and felt so much better after the session, and even better this morning 👊🏻 It really is the case of showing up as the person you want to be! Taking small steps everyday will get you to your destination quicker than waiting for that motivation. And most of the time using energy gives you more energy 💚💚💚
