Development Is Not Just About Money — It’s About Growth, Purpose & Happiness
Everyone talks about success. Everyone wants more money. Everyone is chasing the next level. But let me ask you something… Are you actually happy with the work you do? Are you growing or just surviving? Real development is not just about promotion or salary, It’s about becoming better than you were yesterday, It’s about building systems that help you grow, stay consistent, and feel fulfilled, For me, happiness at work started when I stopped chasing pressure and started building structure. What has been working for me so far: Setting clear daily goals, Improving one skill every week, Focusing on discipline over motivation Tracking progress instead of comparing myself to others, Creating a system that works for me not just following trends When you have a system, you reduce stress, When you grow, you gain confidence, When you see progress, you feel fulfilled. Development is personal, What works for me might inspire you and what works for you might change my perspective. If you’re open to sharing ideas about growth, productivity, and finding happiness in your work, I’d love to connect. Drop a comment if you’re willing to exchange ideas. Let’s build better systems together. Growth is better when we grow together.

Built my own solution to email verification/finding
Hey everyone, just joined. I run a small AI automation agency selling mostly Lead Gen, and some custom automations. Most of my day is spent connecting APIs, writing Python scripts, and figuring out how to get things done faster with less tools. Lately I've been deep in the email verification and finding space. I was spending way too much on existing verification services for what is honestly not that complex under the hood. Thats why i built my own tool called MailCaff.com. My main goal is to make tools like this as affordable as possible, especially when you are just starting out, you don't have a lot of cash to burn usually. It does email verification, email finding, catch all scoring, and spam trap detection. Still early days (running a pilot right now) but it's been working well for my own client pipelines. It's been intense, but i love every freaking minute of it! Always interested in learning how other people have set up their outreach stacks. What tools are you using, what's working, what's not. Happy to share what I've learned along the way too.

Love the builder mindset especially making tools more accessible for people just starting out. I’m big on building meaningful connections and sharing what’s actually been working for me, because keeping it to myself helps no one, Would you be open to exchanging ideas? I’d be happy to share what’s been working on my end and learn from your setup too.
Are old GPT models still relevent?
Why does ChatGPT 4.0 mini have a Knowledge Cutoff Date: October 2023? How does it access/handle current events (political, technological, etc.) 2023 seems ancient these days!

Great questions I’m really focused on building meaningful connections and always passionate about sharing what’s been working for me because keeping it to myself benefits no one. Old GPT models can still be relevant depending on your use case, and the Knowledge Cutoff (like October 2023 for GPT4 Mini) just means the model doesn’t have built in awareness of events past that date it can still reason and help based on patterns, it just doesn’t know newer facts unless provided in the prompt. Happy to exchange ideas and share more of what’s been working for me so far
OpenClaw and Learning
Was wondering if anyone had any go-to resources to learn everything related to owning, operating and troubleshooting OpenClaw I've been working with a team of experts on answering this exact pain point (which would be my own Skool community, feel free to DM if interested) Otherwise would love to learn what's been working for you

I’ve always believed in building meaningful connections and sharing what’s actually been working for me because keeping it to myself helps no one, the biggest breakthroughs I’ve seen with Open Claw came from learning in community, asking real questions, and openly troubleshooting together, I’d genuinely love to exchange ideas would you be open to sharing what’s been working for you so far? I’m more than happy to share what’s been working on my end too.
You all rock!
I was just sitting here thinking about this AMAZING community and wanted to say I appreciate you all! You are the dreamers, the hustlers the ones who swim against the current:) You are pushing through into this crazy AI world even when it's hard and may want to give up and frankly most people are unaware of how AI is changing and going to change the world, but you do! I want to say THANK YOU and YOU GOT THIS! Keep pushing, keep learning and most importantly keep sharing and helping each other! Remember our biggest competitor is going to be ASI so we humans have to stick together :P Hope this encourages and adds a bit of positive to your day and upcoming weekend! Titus

This is exactly what makes a community special, people who keep showing up, learning, and supporting each other even when it gets tough, AI is moving fast, but messages like this remind us why humans, community still matter, appreciate you for sharing this energy
