MATFORMER CLASS 🧘‍♀️
MATFORMER FEEDBACK 💭 Dollies, thank you SO much to everyone who came to the trial class and took the time to give feedback. It helps me shape the timetable around what YOU want.🫶 Here’s what came through loud and clear ✨ The response was overwhelmingly positive and most of you really enjoyed it, with lots saying you loved the added resistance and the extra burn ✨ It felt like a natural, do--able step on from Foundation. Same movements that you know, just with a little bit more challenge and yes… that upper body gets worked 👀 ✨ You liked that you could make it as hard as you wanted, so it still felt safe and accessible, just a little bit spicier! 🌶 ✨ Loads of you said you’d come regularly, even if not every single week, which is totally normal. ✨ The most popular time requests were evenings around 6 to 7pm, midweek SO… HERE’S WHAT I’M DOING 👇 I’m adding MATFORMER to the timetable 📅 Wednesdays ⏰ 6:00pm to 6:45pm This will replace the current Wednesday 6pm NYMethod class which has only averaged 2 attendees since we introduced it. 💔 I’ll also be capping this class at 10 spaces max and limited to LYFE subscribers only for now. Ali will also usually be on hand so you will have 2 of us suporting you in a smaller class💗 As we've said, we will keep all timetabled classes under review and tweak and adjust as necessary in order to being the best experience to the LYFE community. WEDNESDAYS ARE STARTING TO TAKE SHAPE FOR APRIL👀 Starting from 8th April... ⏰️5:10pm to 5:50pm Foundation Pilates ⏰️6:00pm to 6:45pm Matformer ⏰️7:00pm to 7:45pm Foundation Pilates For those of you who didn't come to the trial class.. WHAT IS MATFORMER? 🤍 Matformer uses a piece of equipment, a bar with adjustableresistance bands and loops for your hands or feet, designed to mimic Reformer Pilates but on a mat. Photos attached 📸 We take the Pilates movements you already know and layer in adjustable resistance, so you can increase the challenge if and when you’re ready Think ✨ Same familiar exercises

January Detox. Where Next?
Dollies 🩷 I just want to take a moment to celebrate our January Detox Dollies! Massive inch loss. Jaw-dropping weight loss. The consistency. The commitment. This detox has been a raging success and that is 100% down to you showing up. We are heading into the final week now so stay strong strong. Less bloat, more energy, clothes fitting better and stronger habits all round ✨ I am going to pop a poll up because I know the big question is always what next? If you want to keep the momentum going, here are the options I am thinking about. 1.🍑 Weekly accountability only £49 for the month • Weekly check ins - weight, measurements & photos • Individual calorie target & macros • Ongoing support • Keeping you consistent and accountable 2.🍑 Food plan plus accountability £99 for the month • A rotating 4 week food plan • Week 1 and 3 are the same • Week 2 and 4 are the same • Set at either maintenance calories or a calorie deficit depending on your goal • Tracking calories and macros so you actually understand what you are eating and why • Shopping list for easy preparation • Weekly check ins and accountability included as above Absolutely no pressure at all. I just want to support you in whatever feels right for your next step 🤍 And if you didn’t jump on the detox with us this time but are reading this thinking “I need in on that”… drop me a DM and let’s have a chat 👀✨ Go and smash this final week, queens 👑🔥 You are doing INCREDIBLE. Loveeeee xx

Hi Claire I have loved doing the detox, now I am now on a proper health kick and I have changed my diet and upped my exercise which is great. The detox was what I needed initially to get my shit together. It’s amazing as I realised my portion sizes were too large so now I am having 1/2 of what I normally have as I was too Much like your Moon. A bloody greedy guts with food and drinks which were not necessary xx
Detox Headaches
Quick reassurance post, dollies 💗 If you’re getting headaches, feeling a bit nauseous or “off” in the first few days of the meat/fish detox, this is very common and usually nothing to worry about. It’s not your body “failing” and it’s not something you need to push through to prove a point. The most common reasons are: • Sugar withdrawal After Christmas, your body is used to regular sugar hits. Removing them can cause headaches, fogginess and low energy for a few days. • Caffeine changes If you’ve reduced coffee or energy drinks, headaches are a classic withdrawal symptom, usually days 2–4. • Dehydration Eating cleaner and lower-carb means you lose stored water quickly. Even mild dehydration can cause headaches. • Low electrolytes Cutting processed foods also cuts sodium. Low salt can equal headaches and fatigue. • Calorie drop If you’re eating less overall without realising, your body will let you know. What helps Drink more water than you think you need Add a pinch of salt or electrolytes Make sure you’re eating enough protein and healthy fats Don’t cut caffeine too aggressively Keep movement gentle for the first few days This usually settles within a few days and you should start to feel clearer, lighter and more energised.

2026 Health Goals 🏆
2026 health goals. You’re already all training regularly, so this isn’t about doing more. It’s about getting more out of what you already do. For 2026, think health first. Not aesthetics. Not extremes. That might mean:..... • Better energy through the day • More consistency with nutrition • Not blowing all your hard work during the week with a weekend of Prosecco and Pizza • Improved sleep and recovery • Managing stress rather than running on adrenaline The Reboot is a reset, but the goal is longer-term health you can maintain alongside work, family and life. 👇 Share one health goal for 2026 below. Keep it simple. Keep it specific. Keep it realistic.💯💥 We can keep each other accountable as the year progresses...🙌👯‍♀️✨️
