Kick start your winter
We usually have spring camps and we have occasionally done an off season one just to set us up for the incoming darkness so we are heading to the Costa again in Oct. Triathlon Training Camp (16–23 Oct 2026) 🇪🇸 We’ve just opened applications for the next camp - this time on a more invite-only basis following the success of the previous edition. This version of the camp includes: • Longer endurance rides • Outdoor 50m pool sessions • Evening debriefs & coaching discussions • Supported bike excursion day • Structured swim, bike & run training across the week Link to book below: https://thefitescapemalaga.notion.site/The-Fit-Escape-M-laga-Triathlon-Training-Camp-35a38a7c0a9180b2a3f5c465fda0a368?pvs=143

Hola! 👋 which hotel were you thinking of staying at? Hotel Puente Real again or another one?
Training Snacks
Hi all, I’ve been trying to figure out some good snacks to have whilst out training or for race day, to supplement gels. I’ve tried out rice krispie bars, rice cakes, Stryker rice bar, Waf-fuls, and god knows what else. They all have drawbacks for me ao looking for advice from the athletes in here 🙂 Currently trying some banana lunchbox loaves, which are really easy to eat, have 19g carbs but I’m a bit worried about fibre. Any recommendations?

@Craig Taylor, I’d say jelly babies do the trick as they are easier to chew than Haribo (although I prefer them outside of training) and if you throw in some salty pretzels that will nicely break the sugar overload. You can go fancy and try Precision Hydration gels and chews - easily to digest, just more pricey.
